could offer you the following options: Our unit is $560 per week and
$80 per day. We are always available to answer your questions and do
our utmost best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. So for your
stipulated time (02/01/15 - 02/28/15) which is a month, the total is
$2240. This include all utilities, there is a well equipped kitchen, 2
bathroom and a 2 bedrooms with king size beds. We also supply linens
with no hidden fees. There is high speed wireless internet for your
convenience and there is parking space. Parking space is also
available. If you are interested we take 50% and refundable $200
security deposit to confirm your booking and the rest of the balance
on your arrival. Or you may pay in full at the time of the booking.
All bills are included in the rental fee expect phone call bills.
Guests are responsible for any bill incur on any call making. Below is
the break down:

TOTAL AMOUNT FOR A MONTH RENT = $2240
50% OF TOTAL RENT = $1120
DAMAGE FEE= $200
ADVANCE PAYMENT = $1320
BALANCE UPON ARRIVAL =$1120

What required you to reserve the apartment is to make advance payment
equal 50% of the rental fee plus the damage fee $200 which will be
refunded back to you on your departure day. Yes,airport shuttle is

Note: Damage fee will be refunded back to you, the damage fee is not
applied towards rental fee however it is fully refundable on the day
of your departure, provided all the amenities in the unit are intact,
