Thank so much for your interest, My apartment is still very much available for rent..My apartment is located at (Kerkstraat 29,1017 Amsterdam Netherlands).Its on the first floor of the building...My apartment cost 400eur per month plus 500eur for security deposit payment which is refundable while packing without any lost or damage of my properties.
My apartment is 2 bedroom apartment but i willing to rent out one bedroom because i will be using other bedroom whenever i come back to Amsterdam.My apartment is well furnished and fully decorated with a lot of house and kitchen equipment such as:Wireless internet facilities, Television, Phone, Microwave, Dish washer, washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator,Bedroom, Bathroom, Toilet,Living room, kitchen, utility room, parking space, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, fridge, stove, oven and coffee maker.The bills of all the utilities is included in the rent amount(400Euro).The apartment spacious is about 65sqm and a room is about 30sqm, restaurant and public transport all around and it's few mins walking distance to the supermarket, so it's located in a very nice and safe area in Amsterdam.
Presently am not available in Amsterdam to show you around as am presently in United Kingdom now to work with my company and am here with my keys.All you need to do is to go straight to the address i sent you to take a look of the apartment from outside. But i want you to Understand that my apartment is presently locked and am here with the keys.That is the reason why i sent you my apartment pictures just for you to have an idea of how the inside looks like.it is available for short term and long term basis depend on how long you want it because am going to be here for one years and i don't want my apartment to be dusty .That is the reason why i want to rent out this apartment so that you can take good care of the apartment for me in my absence.

Thanks for getting back to me...Before we continue with the rental process, i will love to tell you little about me and i will love to know much more about you as well..I am Jonas Hauger 26 years old, i am a civil engineer by profession.I work for a Lebanese based construction company which makes me travel a lot.I don't drink nor smoke but i'm cool living with people that do,no pets and no girlfriend because I am a very busy man.I like honest,responsible,trustworthy and handworking people while I dislike lazy,messy,uncaring people and I love pets so much,am quiet and easy going person to live with. I'm 5"7' straight. I always love to go on date but seldomly party. I swim for fun and sometimes play tennis. I like the job because it involves travelling which is one of my hobbies,
I was born and brought up in England. My father was born here in England while my mother from Amsterdam. I lost my father when i was 2 years old since then i have been living with my mother because am the only son for my parent.
Five years ago, I lost my mother again with heart problem ..It is very painful that is how i inherit this apartment from my mother who is from Amsterdam.
Am still working here in United Kingdom That’s why i am searching for reliable tenant who is going to take good care of this apartment for me in my absence because am still going to be here almost a year
Whenever i traveled like that, I make use of house agent or a friend of mine over there but they cheated a lot on my tenants and my tenants complains a lot about that. That is the reason why i took the keys along with me because i don't want my apartment to be used anyhow in my absence.
Also, I would like to put my trust in you.It is now your turn to tell me something about your self.
Due to the nature of my Job am not always available on phone as i always off my phone but am on my ipad to check mail just write me a message on my email to ask me what ever question you want to ask.

Thanks for getting back to me, am so happy to hear about yourself..For you to get the place reserved we both have to sign my rental agreement contract which is prepared and signed by my solicitor, which is documented with Nederland's law because it is going to stand as guarantee for both of us.
After that you will go ahead with your payment which is your first month rent and security deposit. Once your payment is confirmed by me, i will post the keys and the receipt of your payment to you via DHL courier service .it is just 1-2 days delivery and email you the shipping code for you to know when the keys will be deliver to you so that you can have your keys and move into my apartment.
Do get back to me with the below information so that we can proceed further with the rental agreement contract form

Hello,
How are you doing, how is life treating you over there, how is friends and family..Attached is the signed contract,kindly print it out, read it, sign it, scan it, keep a copy for yourself,email it back to me..After that i will give you my payment information to forward your payment into my account. Once your payment reflect in my account i will post the keys to you via DHL courier service and email you the shipping code for you to know when the keys will be deliver to you. It is just 1-2 days delivery for you to have your keys with you before moving into my apartment.
If you are having problem with scanner or you dont have scanner at home just dont stress yourself, print it out, read it, sign it, snap it with your phone and send the signed page to me.
I also attached the scan copy of my international passport for you to e sure of who you are dealing with
waiting to hear from you with the rental contract.
