This seems like a very detailed "offer of employment" that will turn into a 419 scam. I checked the website listed in the emal - It looks fairly real - but there doesn't seem to be any pictures of actual projects.
I find it hard to believe that a reputable company would hire someone without speaking to them or interviewing them. At the end of the letter it states that they will send me a check and a credit card. I have pasted the most recent email below:

It is my pleasure to inform you that you have been selected to become the Administrative Assistant for the office of the COO in our Downtown DE-Newark Satellite office. Your experience and qualifications match our key criteria for choosing an Administrative Assistant and we believe that interviews do not guarantee success
on the job. You will however undergo a 90-day probationary period which will serve as an evaluation period and also help determine a fit between yourself and MDXX Architectural Group.
Our satellite office will formally open on April 13, 2015 when it must have been fully furnished. The COO and 5 other delegates will arrive in the States on April 10, when you are expected to meet with the team.
