it is scammers? help!!!

when i sign up a page, it sometime sends me the letter like " your IP has been block by admin, please try it later"
is it the scrammers? so confused

No, it isn't the scammers. It is likely that you are using IP addresses that are regularly used by Spammers and have been blocked.

Locking this as it is not something we can help with.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
