The first email was sent to me yesterday:

I replied to this email this morning mentioning my interest in the role after reading the job specification and checking the company website and that I was looking forward to receiving the application form and employment agreement.
Twenty minutes later, I received a second email:
Dear .....,
I was assigned your Regional Instructor and you'll be working under my
supervision.
In order to join our team you have to confirm your intention to work with
us by filling in and sending us the contract and the application form
(please see it enclosed).
The procedure is as follows:
1. Please register at this link to receive a personal account in our
online system:

2. Download the contract at this link

Please read it carefully, fill in the required fields, sign it and send it
scanned back to our HR department e-mail: [email protected]
Electronic signature is not allowed, you must print it and sign. Don't
forget to scan a proof of identity.
You can use the following documents as proof of identity:
UK/EEA/EU/Other passport
UK/EEA/EU photo driving licence. Driving licences that do not have a photo
are not acceptable
EU/EEA National Identity Card
Northern Ireland Voters Card
Young Scot Card
Choose any document and send it with your signed agreement.
