No, but the scammers that fooled me, sent me a credit card, in hope what to see $1,000,000 in there but I saw $0 when I went to the ATM!!

They stole my ID and pretended to be me to enable them to open up that credit card in my name!!

is there a way to inform the people who's names are used by scammers?

There is no use in doing so. Since the name used by a scammer may be the name of a real person, we need more information, such as an email address, to distinguish the scammer from the real person.
