This FAKE CONFERENCE offers "Free" conference registration fees and air transportation for attendees of the conference. The scammers require advance hotel payment (for a non-existent hotel) in exchange for the "free" conference fees and "free" airline tickets.

The SCAM claims:

"Participants whose work has been accepted must proceed with payment of their room reservation at the Conference venue (Hilltop Continental Hotel). The rest of the inscription fee will be covered accordingly with the amount and dates of the Conference call. Participants from developing countries of Asia, South America, Africa will have their hotel reservation fee refunded on their arrival at the venue"

"Participants from developing country are not expected to pay for their registration fees, GEHCC - 2015 Conference Board will take care of that. You are only required to book and pay for your accommodation at Hilltop Continental Hotel.Only participants with hotel reservation receipt from Hilltop Continental Hotel will be issued endorsed invitation Letters."

In this scam, the "conference organizers" will state that only participants with a hotel reservation receipt from Hilltop Continental Hotel will be issued invitation letters to the conference. The victim pays the hotel fee, never receives airline tickets, and loses his/her money!
