You are welcome to participate in the up-coming World Educational Conference Meeting on Political & Human Violence, Social Economic Crises, Sex Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Women and Children, Child Labour. The Conference Meeting will be taking place from March 21st– 25th 2016 in Dallas, Texas, United States. We appreciate your interest to participate in the conference meeting to affect lives positively in your society and the world. The aims of the conference is to bring together researchers and practitioners in an effort to lay a ground work for future collaborative research, advocacy, and program development as well as to educate social service, health care and global financial sectors.
The theme of the upcoming world educational conference meeting is to equipped participants with the strategies and policies to fight against Women and Children Trafficking, Social Economic Crisis, Child Labour, Sex Trafficking and Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Women and Children. The event is hosted by the International Human Rights Association in collaboration with other benevolent Organizations in the United States
Registration is Free: In order to participate in the world educational conference meeting registration is compulsory. Interested delegate can participate as an individual or maximum number of (2-14) persons as a group representing their organization or country in the international conference. Registration forms are attached to this mail. You are to print out the registration forms and fill the questioners with a pen and submit the filled registration forms along with the front page of your passport, two colored passport photographs and your hotel booking confirmation receipt via e-mail. These documents should be submitted not later than January 8th, 2016 to confirm your participation on the list of participants attending the world educational conference meeting. If you are not interested to participate, you are to inform us immediately so that we can cancel your document from the organization registration list and stop sending you information regarding to the conference meeting.
Accommodation in USA: Participants are only responsible to pay for their hotel accommodation here in United States, due to insufficient fund to pay air ticket and visa processing for the total numbers of participant’s expected in the world educational conference meeting, Participants will be responsible to pay for hotel reservation cost for the duration of days the conference meeting will be held in United States. You are to contact the selected hotel management giving below where the conference meeting will be taking place and make your reservation from 21st to 25th of March 2016 and obtain your reservation booking receipt which should be submitted along with your filled registration forms. Interested participants attending the world educational conference meeting are not accepted to make reservation booking in a different hotel except the selected hotel choosing by the organization for security purpose and proper recording of expected numbers of delegates participating in the conference meeting. VISA Processing: Participants must be in possession of International Passports to enable them obtain visa to participate in the conference. Only in receipt of your filled registration forms, front page of international passport and hotel booking receipt will participants visa request be forwarded to the U.S Bureau Department of States for same day visa authorization, which shall be sent to the Consulate Section of the U.S Embassy in your country of residence for visa collection. You will be giving appointed date to visit the U.S Embassy for visa collection after the approval of your visa here in United States. You are to inform us if you already have U.S visa when submitting your registration documents.
Flight Tickets: Free air round trip tickets will be provided by the organization and other benevolent donors in the United States. The air round trip tickets will cover from your country of resident to the United States and back to your country of resident. You will be contacted immediately by the American airline Authority regarding to your flight ticket as soon as we send your recommendation of participation with us in the international conference meeting, and your flight ticket will be booked and issued to you.
