Dear delegates,

We welcome you to International Association for Child Right and Development (IACRD) 7th international conference on “Children’s development and violence: risks, consequences, and management’

We wish to inform you that we have selected your organization for the events base on the request submitted to my office by our zonal coordinator. I kindly appeal to you to follow all our instructions for the visa processing in order not to be disqualified for the events.

Attached with this mail is our conference REGISTRATION FORM** and our 2010 Event Magazine (See attachment), you are to go through the 2010 Event Magazine for more details. We only send conference materials for delegates that completed their registration process.

For proper registration, your group has been allocated an attendant File Number as below for the event. YORPSF/USCC0706/IACRDVT0019/US/UK

You should always quote your file number as reference in any further
correspondence with us.

We normally register a minimum of 3 persons and a maximum of 10 persons

for the event since we can only process group visas in that capacity.

You are to fax to us the following documents in order to enable us start the

processing of your group registration and visa appointment procurement.

1. Completed registration forms


2. Your hotel reservation notification receipt from any of the
two recommended hotels for the event in UK only

3. The scanned first two pages of your passport

We need these documents for the Processing of
your visas, all round air tickets, reservations in USA and Insurance forms.

These are the dates for our combine events, as from the
16th till the 19th of March 2010, it shall hold in
Seattle, USA while that of UK . Shall start
on 22nd till 25th of March 2010

You should contact our protocol office in United Kingdom
with [email protected] for details
of the two recommended hotels that have been chosen for

the event and your entry visa form to United Kingdom if you may require such.



You have until 15th February 2010 to come forward with
these documents or we consider it a self-withdrawal
from participating in these events.



NOTE any registration form submitted without hotel reservation

confirmation from any of the recommended hotels for the event

in UK will not be treated. And since the conference is a combine

conference, the attendance of the two segments is compulsory

for all delegates.
