This scammer wants to make you believe there is a worldwide summit (conference) about humanitarian, and health topics. The conference and hotel accommodation in the USA is free, but you need to pay for the hotels in Senegal. But the money you think is for the hotel room registration, will end up in the scammers pocket! Don't fall for this scam!
