INVITATION LETTER


As mentioned above, it is my great honor to inform you that the Administrative of Social Humanitarian Activist Organization (SHAO) here in London, England is organizing an international meeting against Human Trafficking / Violence/ Terrorism and Child Abuse. It is our pleasure to invite you to join hands with us to participate in this international Conference. The date for the up coming meeting is as follows:

Date: 6th-10th June 2011 London, England

Date: 13th-17th June 2011 Dakar Senegal West Africa

The main objective of this international meeting is to provide opportunities for participants from all over the world to openly exchange and evaluate viewpoints regarding global issues.

The theme of the upcoming conference is â01CHuman Trafficking and Child Abuseâ01D. The event is supported by many oversea universities including Manchester United (UK) Purdue University (U.S.), The George Washington University (U.S.), Oklahoma State University (U.S.), University of Central Florida (U.S.), University of Nevada (U.S.), University of Queensland (Australia), Erasmus University Rotterdam (the Netherlands etc. The above-mentioned universities will be co-initiators of this symposium.

The organizing committees is responsible for visa arrangement for both countries London, England and Dakar Senegal for all interested participant requiring visa to London, England and Dakar Senegal West Africa. The visa will be process and authorized in England by the British High Commission and Citizenship in-conjunction with the European Department of Homeland security EU, Visa confirmation will be sent by fax to the U.K Consulate in your country and a copy will be to delegate.

The organizing committee is also responsible for delegates air round trip tickets for the both countries and accommodation here in London, England. Researchers and individuals of different organization from all over the world are fully invited to attend this conference and to share with others, their experience on the causes of international Human Trafficking. The forth coming Conference is organized by Social Humanitarian Activist Organization here in England United Kingdom, and being sponsor by our donors. Note that registration is free.



Delegates are eligible to participate together as a group of (2) from each Country or organization but not more than (4) you can also participate as an individual, for it is not necessary that one must belong to an Organization to be eligible to attend this Conference individual can also participate; The independent Donors and the Sponsors is fully responsible for delegate travelling document (Visa) processing for the both countries, Air round trip tickets from your country of resident to the both countries where the conference will be held and along with an accommodation here in London England where the first phase of the event will be held.



Note that you will only be responsible and to pay for your hotel accommodation charges in Dakar Senegal where the second phase of the event will be held immediately after your registration, which is to prove to the British Immigrant High Commission that you will attend the both phases of the meetings, and not remain here in London, England after the first phase of the conference is over and it’s compulsory for delegates to attend the both conference.



Be informed that as soon as you have been registered by Social Humanitarian Activist Organization here in England, an official invitation letter will be send to you and also to the British Embassy in your country of resident to enable you obtain the visa to participate in this event.

You are to contact any of the selected hotels which the organization has selected for the Conference meeting in Africa, and make your reservation with any of the selected hotels and obtain your accommodation slip. Note that without your hotel booking confirmation slip, the British Immigrant High Commission cannot be able to authorize your visa document to attend the upcoming Conference meeting here in England.



The British Immigrant High Commission needs to be convinced that you are attending the both phase of the conference meeting before your visa document can be authorized by the British Attorney General, due to the population of illegal immigrant coming into England. So that is why your accommodation booking confirmation slip is requested for to prove that you will travel down to Dakar Senegal West Africa immediately after the first Conference Meeting is over here in London, England.
