Dear Sir/Madam
We would like to invite you to the 2023 USA International Business
Conference which will be held in the month of January 2023. The
conference is organized by a group of American businessmen. The
event is aimed at bringing together business experts from various
parts of the world, to discuss the challenges of today's business
environment and recommend solutions to these challenges. Delegates
will have the opportunity to listen to and to make presentations on
several topics relating to business growth and development.
The organizers and sponsors will cover the cost of foreign delegates
round-trip air tickets to and from the United States. Furthermore,
foreign participants who will need a visa to attend the conference will
be provided assistance with visa processing with the American
Embassy in their country. Attendees are however responsible for their
accommodation during the course of the event.
The official language for this summit is English; and there will be
provision for digital wireless translation into several other major
languages across the globe for the benefit of foreign delegates.
If you are interested, kindly indicate in a return email for the
registration process.
Thank you for your consideration. We sincerely hope that you will
accept our invitation, and we look forward to your participation.
Yours Sincerely,
Mrs. Kelly Brad
Member Organizing Committee
