Dear Delegate.

We thank you for the interest to join hands with us to participate in this international conference meeting on Global Peace and Social Welfare. We are working day and night to make this event a success. I wish to inform you that you have been duly registered to participate in this forth-coming International event.

Endeavor to send us your forms duly filled by you and your hotel booking confirmation receipt before the deadline date which is 21st December 2011, you are to contact the hotel management indicated in your registration form (A) and make your reservation booking for 7 nights which is from 19th to 25th February 2012.

You are advised to download the following attached document to view your registration forms. As you have to print out the forms and fill them accordingly, then scan and send them back to us as an E-mail attachment.

As soon as we receive your filed participation forms and your hotel booking receipt, Your registration documents will be forwarded to the U.S Bureau of Immigrant Affairs in charge of visa authorization here in United States to authorize your visa approval letter, and to forward your visa approval letter to the U.S Consular Office in your country of resident, which will enable you go for the collection of your six months visa that will be seal in your passport, and your air tickets will be sent to you via priority mail box as soon as you receive your visa to attend this conference meeting. A) Any individual, group or organization wishing to withdraw their participation due to on excepted circumstances after payment of hotel booking, may request for refundable in writing to the hotel management.

B) The hotel payment will be refunded to the individual, group or organization after the reduction of the bank transfer charges.
Please note that we only issue out hotel booking confirmation receipt to guest, when payment is made to the hotel for booking.
