DATES - 16th - 19th of October 2012 in ( Baltimore,Maryland the United
States at the Baltimore East Conference Center) and from 22nd- 25th of
October 2012 in Dakar-Senegal,West Africa at the The Dakar Youth Conference
Hall).These events are been organized by the International Humanitarian
Foundation (IHF) in Baltimore with the collaborations of other Non
Governmental Organizations.Those interesting in participating and
