This FAKE CONFERENCE offers "Access Grant Scholar Award" grant money for attendees of the conference.
The SCAM claims:
"Participants from developing country are not expected to pay for their registration fees, ICARS 2013 Sponsors will take care of that. You are only required to book and pay for your accommodation at Grand Paradise Garden Hotels. Only participants with hotel reservation receipt from Grand Paradise Garden Hotels will be issued invitation Letters."
"Participants whose work has been accepted must proceed with payment of their room reservation at the conference venue ( Grand Paradise Garden Hotel). The rest of the inscription fee will be covered accordingly with the amount and dates of the conference call. Participants from developing countries of Asia, South America, Africa would be refunded their hotel reservation fee on their arrival at the venue."
"Hotel fees paid at the Grand Paradise Garden Hotel shall be reimbursed on your arrival at the conference venue by our sponsors."
