Dear Colleagues, It is a great pleasure to invite you to the Global Conference on Eradicating Infectious Diseases (GCEID) which will be held from 23rd February to 28th February 2015 in Virginia U.S.A.. This Conference will bring together practitioners, researchers and educators from around the world.

Note that all interested delegates that require entry visa to attend this meeting in the United States will be assisted by the organization in obtaining visa in their passport. All delegates must be in possession of their international passports to enable them participate in this conference. Registered delegates are responsible only for their hotel booking here in the United States.

The conference welcomes paper presentation from any interested participant willing to present papers during the conference. There will also be Scientific Sessions.

Prizes and Awards will be available for individuals or group that distinguished themselves in their areas of discipline.

Dear Colleagues,

Despite major advances in the past 25 years, HIV infection remains a global threat with major scientific, societal and human challenges ahead. With an economic crisis able to undermine public investments, access to HIV prevention, HIV treatment and care are in jeopardy. The Global Conference on HIV & Infectious Diseases seeks to promote scientific excellence and to strengthen the global commitment against HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases. It presents new scientific knowledge and offers many opportunities for structured dialogue on the major issues facing the global response against HIV/AIDS.

The Global Conference on HIV & Infectious Diseases programme will focus on current ‘hot topics’ in HIV research: understanding the mechanisms of HIV persistence and maintenance in reservoirs, trying to find a cure…, but also on socioeconomic and policy aspects. Different sessions will tackle ‘Human Rights & HIV/AIDS’, ‘Prevention of HIV Transmission’, ‘Access to Care’... Ultimately, the meeting will also address recent findings in the fields of viral hepatitis and emerging infectious diseases which need the same kind of global approach.

A variety of session types – from abstract-driven presentations to symposia, workshops and plenary lectures – will meet the needs of various participants. This human scale conference allows meeting international Key Opinion Leaders in a friendly atmosphere, to exchange ideas and to share experience. Consequently, the Global Conference on HIV & Infectious Diseases will offer an exceptional opportunity for professional development and networking.

It is not necessary that one must belong to an organization before He/ She are eligible to attend this event. He/ She can also participate as an individual participant or a maximum of six (6) persons are expected to participate as a group or organization representing their Country in the forth-coming events. It is mandatory that Delegates participate in the Conference.

All participants should be in possession of their international passports to enable them participate in this conferences. Participant’s visa assistance request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of State for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular section of the U.S. Embassy, in your country of residence.

The organizing committee in conjunction with the donor sponsoring committee has mapped out some financial rewards to group participants that distinguished themselves in their areas of discipline. Panel of Judges has been appointed to oversee and to select participants of merit...

Delegates are only responsible for their own hotel booking accommodation Virginia U.S.A due to the inability of our partner organizations to mobilize enough funds to sponsor the number of expected delegates to attend the conferences.... All registered participants are entitled to round trip air tickets and Visa to the U.S.A where the conference will be held.

An Official letter of Invitation will be sent to delegates who require Visa to the United States by this Organization after they are registered. And the Visa authorization letter will be fax directly by the
attorney general to the U.S Ambassador in your country of residence once it has been approved by Her. You will be informed by the Attorney General before your visit to the embassy. Same information in your passport should be used to fill the Visa form which will be sent to you by the Attorney General.
