Dear XXX,

I am happy to read from you. First and foremost, i must not fail to
confess my happiness over your willingness to work for me as
Aupair/Nanny, to take care of my kids Jonathan and Victoria. I am
originally from USA and my wife is from Malaysia. We speak English at
home. Our son is 8 years 10 months old while our daughter is 5 years
old, they are very chatty. they like to be kept busy and they are well
behaved kids with a solid routine in place. They are very independent
but like to be in company of others.

We are a family of 4 that live in London. Both my wife and I work, I
am a contractor and usually come back home by 4pm. my wife is a
medical doctor and she comes home late and lives early in the morning,
her job don't allow her time for the kids. We require someone that
will take care our kids, be with them and look after them till I get
home. Meanwhile my wife younger sister is the one helping to take care
of the kids and will leave to Malaysia as soon as we employ a new
aupair. We are an easy going family and have had Au Pair in the past.
She got married last December and had to join her husband in Italy

We are happy family that takes care of our workers like our family,
and we like an honest and sincere person in our home.

Your main duty is to get Jonathan and Victoria ready for school in the
morning while the school bus take and bring them back from school then
you receive them back, play with them and as well as washing and
ironing for them. For now that is been taken care of by my sister
in-law who lives with us and will leave 2 weeks after you start
working for my family.

You will be paid the sum of 1200 pounds per month and 100 pounds
weekly up keeps and shall have you own room with private bathroom in
our house as a new member of the family. You will have a weekend free
because we like to spend time with the kids during the weekend.

Below this massage i have stated some questions for you to answer
correctly, and as soon as i receive your reply together with the
answers to my questions, i will send you a written contract Letter
which you will fill, sign and send to the UK Home office for your Au
pair Placement approval. This is to legalize our contract.

I will take care of your Flight ticket and other traveling expenses,
but i want you to have in mind that before your application will be
approve you must have a Basic Traveling Allowance (BTA) which will be
presented to the UK Home Office. You must have up to 600 to 1,000 GBP
(BRITISH POUNDS) to present to the UK Home office as your BTA before
they can accept your Aupair placement approval. The BTA is not for the
UK Home Office but for you to use in taken care of yourself when you
arrive London before you start receiving your salary.

Kindly answer the below questions sincerely;

1) Your Full Name
2) Your Age
3) Your Nationality
4) The Current country and city where you are living now
5) Your last job
6) How much you earn monthly in your last Job
7) Do you smoke?
8) What will you do to stop a Baby from crying?
9) Do you drive?

11) Have you being to UK, London before? If so, when and what for?
12) Can you provide your Basic Traveling Allowance (BTA) which is very
important for the British Government.
13) When are you available to start work?

Like i have said previously, i will make sure i take care of all your
traveling expenses but the BTA is a proof to the British Government
that you are capable to live and work in the UK before you start
receiving your salary and must come from you.

I will be expecting your soonest reply to enable me send you the Contract Letter
