positively to the departure. The period of stay and purpose of departure will also be made

Every National holiday/ Break, weekends and such activities will be so free for the employee
to meet up with personal activities, unless in a state where the employer seeks for a
consideration after discussion by both parties to alter the said factor due to a rise in probably
official/ domestic matter that may require the employee forfeiting the privilege mentioned

However, any other reason outside of the stated reasons for the employee to have a vacation
will be discussed by the both parties and both will reach a conventional agreement.
The contract has no maximum period of months/ years to stay actually until the both parties
agree to dispatch. This is basically why there are sets of renewal/ review of the contract.

It is definitely a scam - [email protected] is a free email address, which the UK Government would not use. Also, you will never be asked to send money by Western Union or Moneygram to prove you have funds. If you are required to prove funds as part of a legitimate visa application then it would be done using copy bank statements. Also, a legitimate visa application would be done in person at the UK Embassy in your country, not by email.

Please post the email address that the fake family are using.

Finally, please take a look at the sticky thread in the au pair scams section as it has links to the official UK Government website, which details the visa requirements for being an au pair in the UK, as it is very likely you are not eligible to be an au pair there.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
