Nanny Scam - [email protected]

This is one of the letters I received from a man calling himself Darrell Preston. I live in British Columbia, Canada and he says he lives in London, England. He says he works at the "Batal Group" in London. When I googled it, Scanwarners.com came up and I see that someone is sending identical letters to other people who are looking for jobs as Nannies. His email address is [email protected] His name comes up as big steve when I open my email. From: big steve <[email protected]>

Am glad you could contact me as soon as possible and am delighted to
tell you that i seek for your services as an aupair for my 3 years old
daughter's Amy and 5 years daughter Peggy. Am currently living and
working in London.

It is not complicated to get a working permit in UK and am willing to
assist you get all the relevant working documents you might need to be
able to live and work here in London and am so happy that you changed
your mind and i promise you, that you will never regret your decision
to work for my family.

Your main duty is the due care of Amy and Peggy You will be required
to get them ready for the day, get them to school, pick them up after
school and see to their needs in the afternoon. You will also be
required to assist with homework, prepare lunch, snacks and dinner as
required, bath and change as required, arrange visits with friends,
see to after school activities, play games together as well as any
thing else that may be necessary for her amusement and well being. You
will be required to do some cleaning up after both of them and
yourself (including washing and ironing for them and yourself and the
cleaning of your rooms).

You will be paid an amount of 2000GBP per month / 500GBP per week in
arrears. Additional hours will be paid at a rate that we may agree
between ourselves from time to time.

Every weekend, will be spent with the family if you choose to. You
will have long weekends off a month from Friday afternoon to Monday
morning.
