Scams offering fake Au Pair positions

I'm interested in one of those homestay-cultural exchange programs in China. I've heard they are a great experience, but I'm having trouble deciding which ones are legitimate or not. The one I'm interested in is EarlyBirdInternational. I have seen their website, read reviews (only 8 reviews) and saw there facebook page. It looks rather legitimate, but I'm wondering what some of you guys think? I want to be very careful. Any thoughts, recommendations, or suggestions?

You might notice that there are 2 websites. They claim that one is an international office and one is a chinese office. It seems legitimate as I have contacted people on both websites and they both say that it's the same company.

Here are the links:
Website: http://www.earlybirdinternational.com/
Website: http://www.ebce.com.cn/en/
Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/earlybirdnorthamerica
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/earlybirdworldwide/?fref=ts

The reviewer website seems pretty legitimate and they even claim to have some interviews done with some of the members.

Many thanks!

It is very difficult to tell with Chinese companies and websites if they are legitimate or not as there are no registers of companies that can be checked.

All we can do is look at the information we can get hold of, which is often just the details of their domains.

In this case, looking at the domain for earlybirdinternational.com, the WhoIs shows the following:
Creation Date: 15-jan-2016
Expiration Date: 15-jan-2017

Registrant Name: PERFECT PRIVACY, LLC

There are a number of red flags here, the domain was only recently registered, was registered for the minimum 1 year period and the person registering it is hiding their details.

It is a similar story with the .com.cn domain, it was registered a year ago for 1 year, by someone using a free email address.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
