The scammers started sending Emails with name of "Lawyer" Dr, Clifford Benson and after several days they are asking to send money ti this person: Receivers name - Mrs.Ribeya Bangali.
Address- 1028 Route des Almadies. City: Dakar. Country: Senegal
.- which is lawyers assistant.

They are using documents and some them ARE NOT FAKE!!! This documents was stolen from some brokerage firms and online casino websites, which needs verification!

They have specially prepared Wikipedia pages where are written information about their identity and they are asking people to help them to receive their money which was "frozen on their bank accounts by government".

Avoid scammers and be careful! Do not trust ID and passport scans that they are sending you, remember this ID holders are also sacrifice of swindlers.

And I have question - is there any law which will help to send this people to jail?
