Scams offering fake Au Pair positions

This is an au pair job scam. There is no job, just a scammer looking to steal your money.

I’m so glad to hear from you, We need a lovely Au pair for my son,
someone that is down to earth with at least some months experience in
nanny or care giving. If you deem fit for the offer, Kindly send me
your updated CV and recent pictures of your self.

I really wished to tell you about my family, I would love to tell you
more about my family, your work, your accommodation and salary. We are
lovely family of three (3) living in
London. I’m an engineer. My Son Eddie is 5yrs, he is hyper active and
fun to be with. I would have love to have your Resume CV.

My nationality is United Kingdom, am a true Christian and i believe in
God almighty... am also looking for a devoted au pair who's God
fearing.

Your duty is to take good care of Eddie approximately 30hrs to 35hrs a
week. He is all i got now and i want the best for him. You will help
him do his home work, assist him observe his
siesta, feed him, take him to school or for shopping if needs arise.
You will have weekends free and be entitled to all holidays and we
will pay you 100GBP (British pounds) per week for your up-keeps and
1000GBP at the end of the month making it a sum total amount of
1,400GBP Monthly.

your application so as not to cause a delay or disappointment after a
long run with us and the process?

Two similar emails with the same attachment

I have consulted the barrister to know the procedure, I was surprised
when he said that it is my responsibility to pay your flight ticket
and other legal document needed to be obtained here in London since am
the employer while you will have your valid passport or ID, show your
BTA/Proof of sufficient fund. I have asked him to proceed with our
application.

The attached to this mail is our agreement letter, kindly go through
it, sign and send a copy to the barrister in charge of our application
for more information on the Contract Letter.

I just received our agreement letter from the barrister now, am still surprised

Terms and conditions of the job offer
Employer:
1. Employer shall provide employee with shelter, Medication as well as see to the wellbeing of the Au pair.
2. Employer shall pay an Au pair 100GBP as pocket money and 1000GBP as monthly salary to sum it up to 1400GBP/Month. Other added fee would be discussed between the employer and the employee.
3. Employer must provide either a live-in or live-out accommodation for the employee.
4. Employer shall enrol the employee for English classes if necessary, and pay for the tuition.
Employee:
1. Employee must take their work very serious and teach the children only good morals.
2. Main duty of the Au pair includes taking care of Eddie and Sandra, bringing them back from school, help them do their home works, feed them as well as make them observe their siesta.
3. Au pair is expected to work approximately 35Hours per week and will have two(2) days off, mostly at weekends and is entitled for a month leave after the first six (6) months.
4. Au pair is expected to start as soon as he/she arrives and stay a minimum period of six (6) months up to a year.
5. Au pair is expected to keep their rooms clean as to show diligence.
6. Visitors of the employee must be discussed with the employer before their arrival.
Reasons which could give rooms for disciple nary measures include:-
Disrespect, Drunkenness, Theft, Child Abuse/Neglect, Illegal
Drugs and Job incompetence.
Please be sure to have read and understood this agreement letter before signing.
