#219603 by gendo123 Thu Sep 18, 2014 11:15 pm
Dear Renogen,

I am happy to read from you. First and foremost, i must not fail to
confess my happiness over your willingness to work for me as
Aupair/Nanny, to take care of my child (BABY GIRL) she is 4 years old.
I lost my wife last year in an auto accident and since then i haven't
being myself again because i loved her so much.

We are happy family that takes care of our workers like our family,
and we like a honest and sincere person in our home.
Your main duty is to get Victoria ready for school in the morning
while the school bus take and bring her back from school then you
receive her back, play with her and as well as washing and ironing for
her cloth.

I only have my cook who is helping me take care of Vicky and the house
when i go to work, but now I want to employ an aupair/nanny to help
out because only the cook cannot do all these jobs, that is the
reasons why I am looking for Au pair/ Nanny.

You will be paid the sum of 1600 pounds per month and shall have you
own room with private bathroom in our house as new member of the
family.

Below this massage i have stated some questions for you to answer
correctly, and as soon as i receive your reply together with the
answers to my questions, i will send you a written contract Letter
which you will fill, sign and send to the UK Home office for your Au
pair Placement approval. This is to legalize our contract.

I will take care of your Flight ticket and other traveling expenses,
but i want you to have in mind that before your application will be
approve you must have a Basic Traveling Allowance (BTA) which will be
presented to the UK Home Office. You must have up to 600 to 1,000 GBP
(BRITISH POUNDS) to present to the UK Home office as your BTA before
they can accept your Aupair placement approval. The BTA is not for the
UK Home Office but for you to use in taken care of yourself when you
arrive London before you start receiving your salary.

Kindly answer the below questions sincerely;

1) Your Full Name
2) Your Age
3) Your Nationality
4) The Current country and city where you are living now
5) Your last job
6) How much you earn monthly in your last Job
7) Do you smoke?
8) What will you do to stop a Baby from crying?
9) Do you drive?
10) Can you swim?
11) Have you being to UK, London before? If so, when and what for?
12) Can you provide your Basic Traveling Allowance (BTA) which is very
important for the British Government.

Like i have said previously, i will make sure i take care of all your
traveling expenses but the BTA is a proof to the British Government
that you are capable to live and work in the U.K before starting to
receive your salary and must come from you.

I will be expecting your soonest reply to enable me send you the Contract Letter

Best Regards,
Abraham Curtis

I appreciate your prompt response to my mail. I am so glad to read from you.

How are doing? I hope you are doing good.About your traveling expenses
i will take care of all the traveling cost like i promise to,there is
no need of deduction from your salary because i will make some
payments regarding your visa and working permit.

In regards to your mail, I understand your financial worry and must
clarify you more to know that you are not paying to anyone. A payment
receipt for proof of sufficient fund required of you by the UK Border
Agency for verification, this is to show that you are capable to work
or live in UK before receiving your first salary.

This is to eradicate liabilities and illegal migrants from entry into UK. You are
to make the payment in your name as directed by the Home Office for
your Security reasons so that you will be the one to retrieve it back
as soon as you are here in UK. You are not paying or sending money to
anyone. This policy is from the UK Home Office. I have made the
necessary payment stipulated to this contract and the documents as
your employer. You have to prove to UK Border Agency that you are
capable of living and working here. All migrants’ entry to UK must
observe and adhere to the procedure.

Note: You are not sending money to me nor the family barrister rather
it is your own money which you are to sent to your names so that once
your flight lands into london then you can retrieve it after verification and
send it back to whom ever you borrowed it or took it from even if it means
you to borrow or loan money from your friend's or family but be rest assured you
will retrieve your money back .

I have alot to spend regarding your visa, working permit and placement and even
booking of your flight is still left for me to do and it is costing me a lot of money,
am not asking to give me money but rather do this little part of your side as to show
your proof of sufficient fund showing you are financially capable to live and work in UK.

Try and provide all that is required of you by the UK Border Agency
soon so as get along with processing. I will always do my part as I
promise you. You can ask the barrister any further question as regards
to this. I hope he will clarify you more.
