Agro Farma:

According to the sba.gov website, it's in New York in the US and is part of Chobani:
Company Name:
Agro Farma
Location:
New Berlin, NY

And the address they give, according to street view on Google maps, shows it to be very small storefronts, nothing close to a factory or anything with their name on it even. The executive officer's name isn't associated with any company at all.

I'm calling fake. Looking up the other one you asked about now.

rgdmalta.com forwards to rgdinternationaltraders.com - both are registerd by the same person for a two year registration. They claim to be an established company since 1995, but their websites have only been around less than two years? And their using Gmail.com email addresses and they've registered their international company to an Apartment in Malta that doesn't exist?

I don't have proof of scam or whether or not the company is fake, but these red flags make it look shady. I would steer clear of it.

If they havent collected money from you and they are not asking for advance before they sell to you then they are not scams. Best payment term is LC and if they accept this then they are real.
Online and Physical existence is different. Some companies may have been in existence for years in the physical world than online in terms of when their website started operating.
