I need a support to know if this is true!

I received an email calling for mutual business if I need funding but have a project
I do have and then I shared the summary of the project in Egypt - Cairo.

Mr, Bretts Richard emailed me in return by a contract to fund me with the amount I require for the project (4 MUSD) and I am not feeling comfort about it.

Can someone provide me any supporting date?

It's a scam.

Legitimate businesses do not use Gmail email addresses or write to people out of the blue asking if they need funding.

Also, the phone and Fax numbers are both from a VoIP provider - someone really in the US would not need a VoIP number, they would have real landlines.

Finally, the name used shows a regularly found West African scammer mistake in English naming conventions.
