This photo has been used to scam people for amounts as low as £500 and now they're going for a much bigger payday of £11,600, which is as likely to work as me breaking the world high jump record.

I won't go into the practicalities, technicalities and psychology behind these scams but this tactic is woefully stupid and unlikely to catch anyone out, for very simple reasons - apart from me posting up the details here online.

Normally these adverts appear just prior to a mass hacking of dealer accounts on Autotrader UK. I'll be looking out for them.
