Craigslist, Ebay and other online buying/selling scams.

I came across this online store: http://www.worldtechlimited.com and I don't know if I can trust them because of these reasons (copied from an email I sent to them with no reply till date):

[PROVED] Your contact address: 33 WHITEHAVEN ROAD, BRAMHALL, STOCKPORT, CHESHIRE, ENGLAND, SK7 1EL is a residential address, as I checked on Google Maps which showed me the street view as well.
[PROVED] Your contact number: +447024064549 is a shared number with another company known as Cell-Links Limited, as I checked from "celllink.weebly.com" and "cell-links.co.cc".
[PROVED] I had a chat with one of your staff, Shane, and he told me that I couldn't pay for my order through PayPal and that I can only make payments via Western Union. Western Union is used by individuals and formal companies do not use this form of payment.

I understand also from previous replies I received from your company, that all orders are guaranteed and that your company provides consumer protection. However, why would a registered company operate from a residential address, have a shared number with another company and asks its customers to pay via Western Union? How can I be sure, that I am able to receive my refund duly when I do not receive my ordered products? The previous online store I encountered, 'eShopper Inc.', turned out to be a scam and is now under FBI investigation after a few misled customers and I lodged a formal dispute via PayPal.

I am not sure whether what the claims your company made is true, but as I have known, numbers that start with +44702 are usually used by scammers. Kindly address my questions so that I can at least regain some confidence from shopping with less established online stores that offer attractive prices. I'm pinning high hopes on your company to deliver your promises and my order (if I ever make one within this week).

Can anyone help me investigate if this is another fraudulent "company" so that everyone can benefit from being scammed?

Looking forward to replies,

Registrar of Record: TUCOWS, INC.
Record last updated on 30-Jul-2010.
Record expires on 30-Jul-2011.
Record created on 30-Jul-2010.

4470 numbers redirect calls to another phone anywhere in the world. Western Union payment can be collected anywhere too. So it's s scam as you suspected.

I tried checking with them via the online chat as guess what they told me, they bought over a previously widely-known scam site "celllink.weebly.com" which is still working now. They said they only accept Western Union for now as they claimed "many people used fake PayPal accounts".

It is impossible for a company to receive payments by Western Union.

ONLY private individuals can receive money by Western Union.

This is not a company.

From the website.

The website is a total scam, and they have nothing to do with the company they claim to be and, even if they were, they'd be trading illegally.
