This is total nonsense - PayPal does not act as an escrow service.
Money has been sent but its been placed on hold for some reasons you need to follow some instructions before the money will be credited into your account. So please kindly check both inbox & spam folder of (victims email address) to check the transfer emails from PayPal and check especially the spam folder its might goes there because i was sent copies too and i found PayPal emails there and i move them to my inbox folder and if you also found the emails in spam folder of your email kindly move them to your inbox folder and go through them carefully in order to know what you need to do for the money to be released into your account and keep me updated on the process asap... let me know as soon as you get the payment from paypal.
