James Rhodes targeting timeshare sellers

Watch out for this guy. Classic check scam. He is willing to buy a beachfront timeshare in K@ns@s for $55K. A company that owes him money will send a check for way over that amount....request to remit the balance by WU.

thanks for posting, if you have them could you include more of the details of the scammer, some early emails, email address, phone number and IP are great ways for potential victims to find you post and be saved from the scam.

Leave out any of your own details for your safety, we dont need those but anything at all you can provide on the scammer would be appreciated

Have the maintenance fees been paid for the current year?
Are there any mortgages or loans against the property?
Do you want me or you will obtain a copy of your recorded deed me?
