Craigslist ssgt.brandonwaters scammer

He contacted me about buying my trailer in Michigan, he is calling from area code 904 (Jacksonville, FL) and claiming to be on the military base and unable to use his cellphone (but that's how he contacted me)
I'm messing with him asking questions about what base he's at. Hopefully each text cost him a dollar.
