Hi there,

I almost got scammed by these guys trying to sell my beloved Nikon D300 camera. After actually shipping the package, I received weird messages from the "Lloyds Bank" and I started to have real doubts. First thing in the morning I warned the Postal services to stop the delivery. I got lucky. I've lost only shipment fee, around 25 USD. I immediately informed the real Lloyds scam department.

Unfortunately, before becoming "smart", I provided all the account data (account numer, SWIFT and personal address) to the "customer care from Lloyds".
Can you tell me what damage control do I have to attempt?

Thank you very much

Hi Guys! It seems that I've been the victim of the same scam. Same bank, same name, etc. I wish I would have red this article before sending my laptop to this guy but what's done it's done. Have any of you done something about this or what should we do?

What country are you in?

Did the receiver already get the laptop or is it still in transit? If it hasn't been delivered yet, you may be able to recall it.

Saddly, as DHL courier announced me, my laptop already reached the adress this Jason guy gave me. SO I guess it is hopeless... Now I'm trying to reach the police in that area and send them an email to tell what happend. Oh.. I'm from Romania, forgot to mention!
