Dear Mr. XXX,

Bank vehicles are not available for testing before purchase and they can only be bought online. Bank vehicles are sold directly by the bank through our platform. Sale and export documents are prepared directly by the bank that owns the vehicle. Also, selling prices are imposed by the bank (that is why they are cheaper) and we only earn a commission from the transaction for making our platform available to them. A bank vehicle is available for pick up in about 7-10 working days from the time payment is confirmed. That is because to import such a vehicle you will need COC (European certificate of conformity), FAHRZEUGSCHEIN (non-gage certificate that confirms there are no liens or debt on the car), FAHRZEUGBRIEF (German registration document), VERTRAG (German sales contract), Zoll numbers (German export license plates valid 30 days) and insurance for the vehicle. All those documents are prepared directly by the bank that owns the vehicle.
We understand the need to view/inspect/test-drive a vehicle before making a purchase. You can do that without problems at pick-up/delivery. You are allowed a 48 hours time period with the vehicle before you give us the final decision regarding the purchase. You can even have the vehicle tested by a certified dealer of the manufacturer. If, after your testing, you consider that the vehicle does not match our description, or simply that it is not as flawless as you were expecting it, we offer to purchase the vehicle back from you at the same price you have paid for it to the bank in order to be able to refund you.

Thank you!

Dear Mr. XXX,

We do have a showroom, in fact we have 3 of them. Just like in those pictures is the Netherlands one, you probably went to our registered address. The fact is that bank vehicles are stored by their owners (as it's normal). All the vehicles advertised on our website are bank vehicles, thus not available in our showroom.
Our cars are available in our showrooms, however they are advertised on other websites, since there is no point including cars that are 30-40% more expensive with bank vehicles as nobody will buy them.
I have checked the part 5 from the sent documents and it's correct.

Thank you!
