Hi Good day, According to the e-mail Pay Pal, who is also similar to you, you have to pay through Western Union 450 EUR to the address of the sender. I think you will also find a Western Union at a local post office near you ... After you send the money via Western Union 450 EUR, you receive a receipt at the Western Union. So you scan the Western Union receipt and address it to an e-mail and then respond to the confirmation e-mail with the Pay-Pal.

Once you've done that, check the Western Union details and confirm everything is valid. Then your total amount of 4,250 EUR including Western Union fees will be released to your account. I recommend you to check your spam or junk folders to acknowledge receipt of payment.

I hope you understand now

Greetings Thomas
