Possible Ebay paypal scam

Thinking they are going to use a chargeback if I would ship it. They also joined ebay the same day they they used buy it now on the item. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Scamwarners. It reads as a scam to me. Scammers often refer vaguely to the "item" to avoid having to customise the email, and even send it out in bulk using the BCC field.
Can you post the whole email plus full headers please (less your email address)
