TheTicketWebsite.net. Scam?

Does anyone know if this is a scam? There are many indicators it might be.

Haven't digged deep yet but it's definately fishy. Site is just a few weeks old, and was registered in Portugal. The London address is a mailbox, not a physical address for an office.

Every reference I find online is people being scammed by them. So yes, definately stay away. The https doesn't prove a thing regarding legitimacy, that can be purchased by anyone.
