China is notorious for fake sites like this. At best, you'll get cheap poorly made goods. If Customs don't seize them. At worst, you'll get nothing, and you risk having your credit card details stolen. Do not place an order.

I would say that it probably is. For one thing that url is a redirect. Second, you cannot view the website clearly without either registering or logging in. By making people register, they start by getting part of your information. After registration or during, they collect your email, ip address, name, and other valuable information, along with payment info.
