Possible scam on Autoscout24.eu

So I found a really good offer on VW Golf on autoscout24.eu and I was about to meet this guy on Thursday, but now that I have read some stories here, I'm pretty sure it's a scam.
All the letters are in German, so I hope it is okay if I post them in German. Anyone can google translate them

Here's the 1st letter i got from him. I asked for some additional pictures from inside the car, but he didn't provide them. Instead he sent me the same pictures that were on the ad. (on 1 picture you could see a young guy's reflection taking pictures). In addition he removed the ad right after I sent him a letter.

The second letter. The part about keeping the number plates got me really suspicious.

Wir beide sind Nicht Raucher und im Auto sind nie geraucht worden.

Das Auto wurde in der Werkstatt die ganze Zeit behalten.

Das Auto ist noch in Deutschland zugelassen, hat Deutsche Nummernschild, Deutsche Papiere und Deutsche bisherige Kennzeichen. Der TÜV ist in Ordnung, bis Ende 2013.

Das Auto hat grüne Umweltplakette.

Das Auto hat Sommerreifen und Winterreifen.

Ich würde Sie gern informieren, dass Sie die Deutschem Kennzeichen für das Auto behalten können, wenn Sie es kaufen, so wird es keine zusätzlichen Probleme geben.

Welcome to Scamwarners. It reads as a scam to me also. Two much irrelevant information about the scenery where he lives and about him and his wife.
And he seems to be asking you to send money to a trusted friend as proof you can afford to pay for the car. This is a common scam technique that allows the scammer to collect the money.
Is it good German, or the product of something like Google Translate?

The car was kept in the garage all the time.

The car is still registered in Germany have German license plate German papers and previous German mark. The TÜV is fine until late 2013.

The car has green environmental badge.

The car has summer tires and winter tires.

first of all i receive the email from different person different cqr but not so different site sice i love the games especially cat and mouse play i wil make a game until i will discover the full mechanism so i will have the ability to answer to any question regarding this scheme.until now story its like this advertise on autoscout as dannmark citizen with the car registered in austria thats the reason the car has austrian numbers (removed numbers in the advertise)... to make the game harder since i tell him by email ofcourse that one friend told me that he sale a car but i dont have details so i require the details of the car and a respectable seller return to you direct the full datas. but the answer was to nice to be true or tells you what you like to hear.
explain to my that can come with tha car that reserse the hotel etc...but as a cat-mouse game player and initiator i slightly change the country city in the same time to let him to decide where we have the meeting and time. i will not give full detail of the scam because i would like to present you with full documentation.
its another name from the same holy place in northern danmark ...ok ok to not say to much to be sure that i will come to put th sum of money on my wife name he will do the same and we will send together tha receipt of sending money by wu (western union) better to now for everybody that even a corrupt employe of wu cannot do nothing if does not have mtcn number which is security code for transaction so if you like to play this game never put this data real take one send receipt wu scan and modify with fake data and print/scan again to have a fake sending money receipt i will create a post soon about this interesting scam and of couse one advice ALWAYS TAKE A FRIEND CHECK IT VISUALLY CAR AND ID OF PERSON AND THE FULL PAPER SERIALS ETC ;;;GOOD DAY FOLKS

We do not recommend people play with scammers unless they have learned how to do so safely.

The simplest way to avoid being scammed in this situation is the advice you gave--don't send any money to anyone until you see and inspect whatever you are buying, in person.

thank you for advice what i want to say in a few words is i start by searching a car to make a present for somebody a nice and not to expensive. so as a normal buyer i contact a person for this reason so the person become a scammer so i just warn the people about. thank you for all advice but its all safety since i have the age and the nationality to understand who and how invent TEAPA called scam in english:D
