I would be glad to make the payment immediately through PayPal.So,
kindly get back to me with your PayPal ID. You need not to worry yourself
about the pick up i will instruct the shipping company
to handle that..

Yes, this is a scam. The supposed PayPal payment will be forged/fake. Scammers are sometimes quite good at spoofing emails supposedly from PayPal, using complete with format including graphics and logos. Stop contact if you have not already done so and let us know if you have any questions.

Have you sent a payment to a scammer with Western Union and now realize it's a scam? If the payment has not been picked up, you can cancel it immediately! 1-800-448-1492
