I got to the Last part of the deal. Then the fake looking paypal emails came in and I immediately looked you guys up. What should I do now you think? I really want to send him an other email saying Fuck you lol

Hello again,
Reason for selling is that I just dont use it since I bought my new laptop, So it pretty much is at home all the time. The condition is just as I listed, Just a small scratch on the bottom left screen and rest is pretty much mint since it was in the case since I bought it. As for the case it is a little dirty since the color is white and has a few scuffs, other then that it has done a great job keeping the Ipad safe. I forgot to mention that it will come with the cable/charger and the Camera Connect Kit aswell. I also found the Box if you would like to have it. Yea I guess I would take paypal as payment, Let me know what you think

Ok well I have a confession to make, I have never shipped anything internationally haha. So with that being said, I did some research and it looks like it will be around $52 to ship. You can double check that if you would like, the package would be about 2 Lbs Im guessing. So it will come down to this, if you tack an extra $52 to ship it then I will do it. Hello Lightwave29 and welcome to scamwarners. I am glad you were able to spot this scammer. At this point the best thing to do is just stop contact with the scammer. Please be prepared for some threats of reporting you to the FBI and other legal authorities. All of which will be fake. It is an attempt to scare you into sending your item or money to the scammer. Also be on alert for future scam mail. Always log in to Paypal with out links and check your balance. Never send money to anyone you do not know by Western Union or Money Gram.

I just received a message from Whitney Garrett, but when I placed cursor over name it came up as wolleninvegas2000@gmail with the exact same emails that had been posted previously. Buying for a friend going abroad, only using paypal, can I ship tonight...

Yes, it is a scam. If Whitney Garrett provided a different email address please post it to help other who may search the internet.

It is now best to just ignore the scammer or block him. Be aware of as long as you sell on craigslist or via the internet you will receive more scam mail buyers. Scammers may contact you wanting to send a fake check or money order. Have you deposit the fake check / money order and send monies to a fake shipper or agent via western union. Scammer, agent and shipper are all one in the same using free email addresses. Your bank accept the check then weeks or months later inform you of the fake. You will repay the bank and possibly face fraud charges.

After that, I googled the email address and lo and behold, it was too good to be true just as I was thinking. I was asking $1750 and no one is willing to send that sight unseen, and not even a picture..
