Wholesale iPhones and Samsung Galaxies, legit?

I'm in the process of starting a small import business, specialising in mobile phones and audio products (ie, headhphones). I've been looking around Alibaba for a while, and got a price list from a seller, 'Aminame Pty Ltd', in Australia (the same country as me). They claim to have been around since 2004 and are apparantly registered with ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission). It seemed legit enough to me, so I asked for a price list, which was sent to me.

The prices seemed rather cheap, too cheap infact, and then the Gmail address, I got a feeling that this might not be legit. So, what do you guys think (and have any of you bought from them before)?

It's a scam. No legitimate company uses free e-mail address, much less accept money through Western Union or Moneygram. Furthermore, they have no website I could find, yet they claim to have been around for 9 years?

Do not send your money to this scamming bastard.

Please provide the e-mail contact of this criminal so that others who search for it can be alerted. I'd also like to string him along to extract some other info from 'it'.

Thank you, I was thinking that the prices seemed a little too good to be true and the payment options and email address seemed a little dodgy. I did a little more digging and found some more evidence that they are scammers.

On the 'website' they claim to employ between 51 and 100 people. Being located in Australia (ie, high labour costs) this seems unlikely for a small import/export business.

Their 'operational address' is: 1/20 Osway Street, Broadmeadows, Victoria, Australia. Viewing the premises on Google Street View, it appears to be an average suburban house, not somewhere that would employ 50+ people as claimed. Ditto the 'registered address' at 15 Harvest Home Road, Epping, Victoria, Australia.

I'm also getting similar kind of mails & text msgs. It should be scam. What should I do now ? He is not providig any bank account or valid money transfer system..

Hi bethurajan, Just ignore him. Block his emails and don't answer the text messages. Don't bother confronting him, as it may educate him so that he can improve his scam for the next potential victim.

And the second 'registered' residential address looks to be within a small farming type area.
But then it becomes murky when we see this:
