As it's a favourite ploy of scammers to assure victims that their payment will be protected by the eBay Buyer Protection Scheme, any sellers that assure you it will, is sign enough that you're dealing with a scammer.
I haven't included the full list of exclusions. The scammers relies on you not checking up on their lies, as not all people like small print they way I do.
