Craigslist, Ebay and other online buying/selling scams.

The 'so-called' Charlene and Matilda' are struggling to make sense in English and I recommend that they use their home tongue, then their lies might at least make sense.

There is nothing more satisfying than to have the scammers visit the forum because, counter intuitively, it confirms what we knew all along - they're scammers, fraudsters and thieves. You'll need a dictionary for that one.

Never ever allow anyone else to use your Ebay shop/sales front, and I'm sure Charlene and Matilda would agree if they weren't criminals.

Their lawyer should contact Ebay. Ebay know what you are.

The game's up. You've been exposed.

Note: UK law offices aren't open over the weekend but a dunderhead wouldn't know this. ('Dunderhead' is an English term for a smart person).

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle

Apparently, the above site allows anybody to pretend to be any business, without any checking, free, for 14 days.

I have filed a complaint with the customer support at shopify, to take down that webpage. I tried making an order (just to test their shoppingcart) and the linked mailaddress to Paypal was [email protected] Very suspicious!

Here's my complaint to shopify:

Hello,

Just wanted to report that this site hosted by shopify:
http://on-line-sales-promotions-limited.myshopify.com/

is used performing advanced scams (identity theft). This "company" has falsely used a registered company called ON-LINE SALES & PROMOTIONS LTD as a front. Their chat support "Amanda" has verified that the contact person Charlene Silvis belongs to their business. This person has tried to reach out looking for innocent unknowing people to list electronics on eBay and sell them with a comission. Their intent is to have the person transfer funds to either a bank acct or Paypal (which has nothing to do with their business).

I was vicimized by them and had my Paypal acct closed due to security reasons as well as had my eBay acct restricted.

I have contacted scamwarners and reported this to their community (view the topic thread here):
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=73456

Please shut this site down:
http://on-line-sales-promotions-limited.myshopify.com/

No one deserves to be scammed by these people who stand behind that site!

Mumbles wrote:Shipping site says goods delivered? While customer says nothing yet? Mystery.

It is for sure that the scammer has not shipped any real products to your customers. PayPal should return money to the customers.

Just traced two of the packages sent to S******n (buyer's residing in my country) and something seems to have been sent. I have contacted them to check the contents of the parcels and offered them full refunds (as I suspect the content is either fake/counterfeit/non working or contains nothing).

I'm still waiting for one of them who promised to report back to me, since I'm curious knowing what's inside.

Also called Customer support at Paypal to get help with my acct and report that I have been a victim of fraud. Now they opened a case for me, since I believe my acct was hacked. Lots of weird changes had been made:
I had a private acct, suddenly it now has changed into a business acct!? The business name is: Online Sales Trading Assistant!? The newly added business phone# are really weird + they have linked 2 more credit cards to the acct.

They have done changes on my eBay acct to try and match those on Paypal. My eBay id has been changed: onlinesalesasst.

A few points about the site that are red flags:

https://on-line-sales-promotions-limited.myshopify.com/pages/testimonials

3rd testimonial is stolen from legitimate site here: http://www.salesdirectusa.com/why-export-to-the-usa.html

In the 2nd testimonial, they seem to be rather confused about whether "Amanda" is a man or a woman.
Amanda was FANTASTIC!! I am very, very pleased with her work! She is friendly, polite, and KNOWS what she is doing very well! She showed me how to use everything, how to work for ON-Sales&Promotions LTD, and I highly recommend his services!"

On the "Home" page, the quality policy is stolen from legitimate site: http://dynamic.focalprice.com/helpinfo?currentcategoryid=34

They claim to cooperate with Amazon, but they have no presence there, and are not on ebay's dropshipper list either.

On "About Us" they claim this:
For this very reason over the last 8 years ON-LINE SALES & PROMOTIONS LIMITED has continued to recruit and train staff who have the highest level of product knowledge.
but the real company was registered 5 years ago, in 2008.

Also, the "company" claims to have over 10,000 items, which would require a very large warehouse--but the address leads to a shared office building and no other address is listed anywhere.

These additional red flags lead should lead to some very real questions.

Just heard back from one of my buyer's here in S****n. He had just collected his "camera". What did he get?

A freakin Hallmark-card with no message written on it! Can't believe the scammers actually sent it as a Signed for parcel. Who paid for that? Another victim?
