THE ONLY WAY TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THIS SCAM IS TO NOT PAY ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE VIEWED AND INSPECTED THE VEHICLE YOURSELF
ALSO - DO NOT BOTHER WITH ADVERTS WHERE THE SELLER HAS OBSCURED THE VEHICLE REGISTRATION DETAILS BY PHOTO-HACKING THEM OUT. THIS IS A SIGNATURE FEATURE OF FRAUDULENT ADVERTS BEING POSTED BY ONE PARTICULAR CRIMINAL GANG.

When you compare the two photos you can actually see the vehicle registration in spite of the scammer's pathetic attempts to remove them by photo- hacking.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle
