If you need to cancel your flight arrangements, call us, or send us an email with your request. Please note that if your flight is non-refundable, you will not receive a refund. As soon as the booking process is complete, we will send an email to the address you provided with the eTicket information. You can confirm your by contacting the air company you've selected directly. We recommend that you check-in and confirm your flight reservation with the airline at least 24 hours prior to departure for domestic flights (72 hours for flights to Hawaii and international destinations). Many airlines offer online check-in where you can confirm your seat, verify flight times, and print your boarding pass. If you don't see a confirmation, give us a call.

I canceled my flight. By when do I have to reschedule my flight reservation?

Please check with your airline about the specific rules and restrictions for rescheduling your flight. If the ticket allows changes, but is non-refundable, you will generally have 12 months from the time the ticket was booked (not canceled) to rebook the flight, less any cancellation fees imposed by the airline. The new ticket must be with the same airline and for the same passenger as the original ticket. You can rebook your flight by calling us.

We will not mail out paper confirmation, receipts, or tickets, but we recommend printing out your itinerary and confirmation numbers. When you check in for your flight, give the ticket agent your name and flight number, or provide a printed copy of your itinerary and confirmation code. You must always provide a government-issued photo ID.

An e-ticket confirms your airline ticket purchase without requiring a paper record; the only record of an e-ticket sale is in electronic form in the airline's computer system. When you buy e-tickets on Inter Credo Group., you receive a confirmation of your purchase via email.
When flying with an e-ticket, you are required to provide a government issued photo ID. You need to check in at the airline's check-in counter, a self-check-in kiosk at the airport, or online at the airline's Web site to receive a boarding pass for your flight.

Guidelines for traveling with children

Children are travelers age 2 through 18. Most airlines charge full fares for children. Inter Credo Group. collects the ages of children under 18 so we can offer any applicable hotel and activity discounts.
Infants are children under age 2. Each traveler over the age of 12 may accompany up to two infants, each seated in its own seat, or one infant seated in the traveler's lap. In order to start, you need to chose from three flight options: whether you need a Round Trip Flight (if you plan to return to same location you started your trip from), One Way Flight (if you do not need a flight back), or a Multiple Destinations Flight (if you plan to visit multiple locations during your trip).
Your trip information
Please select your departure and arrival locations and your travel dates. Based on the letter you enter, our automatic system will suggest cities and airports matching your search. To start looking for your tickets, please select the amount of passengers travelling and your service class and click the "Search for Flights" button. Please allow up to three minutes before our system will show your flight options.
Selecting your flight
Please make your selection from the flight options proposed by our system. You can select from non-stop flights (left part of the screen) and flights with stop-overs (right part). Please use the lower part of the screen to check flight details. In order to make your selection, please click on the flight price in the lower part of the screen to proceed. In case you do not complete your purchase during your session, your search results will remain active for the next 4 hours. We cannot guarantee same ticket price after your search expires.
Please note that Cheap Flight Air finds the best available ticket rates based on the criteria you entered. Sometimes the availability of tickets is limited. In case you need more tickets, please contact us by phone/chat/email, so that we may try to provide additional seats for you.
Paying for your tickets

Your flight options
In order to start, you need to chose from three flight options: whether you need a Round Trip Flight (if you plan to return to same location you started your trip from), One Way Flight (if you do not need a flight back), or a Multiple Destinations Flight (if you plan to visit multiple locations during your trip).
Your trip information
Please select your departure and arrival locations and your travel dates. Based on the letter you enter, our automatic system will suggest cities and airports matching your search. To start looking for your tickets, please select the amount of passengers travelling and your service class and click the "Search for Flights" button. Please allow up to three minutes before our system will show your flight options.
Selecting your flight
Please make your selection from the flight options proposed by our system. You can select from non-stop flights (left part of the screen) and flights with stop-overs (right part). Please use the lower part of the screen to check flight details. In order to make your selection, please click on the flight price in the lower part of the screen to proceed. In case you do not complete your purchase during your session, your search results will remain active for the next 4 hours. We cannot guarantee same ticket price after your search expires.
Please note that Cheap Flight Air finds the best available ticket rates based on the criteria you entered. Sometimes the availability of tickets is limited. In case you need more tickets, please contact us by phone/chat/email, so that we may try to provide additional seats for you.
Paying for your tickets
On this page you will be asked to provide information on each of the travellers. Please make sure verify information you provide, as errors in passenger name, date of birth or passport information may result in cancellation of the ticket at the airport.
In order to proceed after you enter all the required information, you will be asked to select your payment method. You may select from the following five options:
- Credit card payment
- Bank Transfer payment
- PayPal payment
- Western Union payment
- Reserve tickets for 48 hours
Your eTickets will be provided within 12 hours after your payment is confirmed. Please contact us if your flight is less than 12 hours away, so that we can expedite your order processing. Please click SUBMIT once you are ready to process your order.
Confirmation page
Your order is complete when you receive your order number. Please print this page for your reference. You can check the status of your order(s) by logging in to the MY ITINERARIES section of our website.
Please note that our website will be sending you important emails about your order. Please make sure to check your inbox for the messages from us. Additionally, some email filters might put our
emails into the "Bulk" folder, please check there if you have not received any emails after you placed your order.
