I have an item on Craigslist for a 1500 antique pendant. I have gotten 5 scammers with one or more elemnts of previous post, either the check scam or paypal scam. I am sorry to say I fell for the first one. I was able to stop the shipping and get the item back using a USPS intercept package request.I am out over 100 in postage but so far I am getting pendant back.
The scam that bit me was the most sophisticate and elaborate scam of all time (says USPS and FBI).
