Dear XXX,

Good morning,

We try to call back your fund from BANK IN SPAIN MADRID ,but they refuse that the fund must stay one month with them before they can return it back to us.

The board of director of our bank have decided to pay you through ATM MASTER DEBIT CARD without any upfront payment such as, C.O.T, TAXES, CLEARANCE.

Meanwhile the total amount have been loaded into the master card which you are advise to view the attach file. Be informed that part of the fund will be transferred to VIA WIRE TRANSFER to your account while the rest will be loaded in am ATM MASTER CARD

Note that you the beneficiary will need to take care of the shipment and the insurance of the card to avoid lose on the transit because without the insurance, the courier will not agree to move the card.

Get back to me so that we can find out what the insurance and the shipment will cost you.

Thank you for your co-operation

Regards,

Philip
