The project owner bears the cost of the due diligence process. which includes the UAE governmental DD approval license and the DD team traveling documents to the project site or project owners country. As soon as the due diligence process is finalized, an funding offer is officially made from WAHA Capital to the project owner.

3. I received this message as well from someone posing as ahmed el badi. When we spoke, he told me that Gulf didn't have any more funds, and that his godfather's company AFIC.ae Al Futaisi Investment Company would be able to lend money. AFIC's web site has missing information, although it looks fairly legit.

There appears to be a relationship to Belbadi Enterprises web site, and some of the pages in that site have links that one would not expect to be there. I say no more. Whoever it is wants your ID and other info, and they may want you to buy meds or help them sell them.
