Dear UBA Visa Card owner,

We wish to bring to your attention that your ATM Visa card has been
successfully issued and your $945,000.00 has been lodged in the card as
instructed by the Federal Ministry of Finance & Economics here in Benin as for
your compensation for been recently ripped off by the fraudsters from Benin.

The PIN number of the card will be sent to you through SMS once you confirmed
that you have received the card. The only thing that is delaying us from
registering the card for delivery with DHL Delivery Company is the delivery
charges of $50 only. We have contacted the Federal Ministry of Finance &
Economics and the minister in charge stated that each card’s delivery charges
shall be paid by the owner. We have 14 Cards here and the owners have received
theirs after sending the delivery charges. It’s only yours and 5 others has not
yet been delivered pending when the delivery charges was sent to us, then we
will register the card for delivery and send the tracking number to the owner.

However, we officially advise you to go ahead and send the delivery charges of
$50 and we will register your card to be delivered to your door step under 24
hours. Send it through MONEY GRAM or WESTERN UNION with this information below;
