Dear xxxxxxxxx,

Thank you for your prompt response to my SMS. I am Barrister Victor Boma former legal assistant to late Engr. Meyer Khan, a national of your country who died 3 years ago after suffering a heart attack. I got your details after an exhaustive search online for relatives of the deceased whom I helped deposit 3.5 Million with a Bank here in London a few months before his untimely death. In line with the Intestate laws of the UK, the funds will be remitted to his closest living relative.

I decided to contact you purely on the personal conviction of trust and confidence to partner with me in receiving the deposited funds. I, being his legal assistant still possess the evidence and the whole documents related to this huge deposit. Lloyds bank has issued me a notice, advising me to provide his next of kin or beneficiary to the said funds within 30 days, or they will return the deposit to the British Treasury as unclaimed, in accordance with the applicable local laws. This will be a total loss to your country as the amount in question will touch a lot of lives through direct charity acts or employment in a sector that this money will be put into use.

I seek your consent to present you as a relative/next-of-kin to the deceased so that the proceeds of this deposit could be paid to you after which we will share the money on a mutually agreed-upon ratio(50% to me and 50% to you). All legal documents to back up your claim as relation of the deceased will be provided by me and all I require is your honest cooperation to enable us see this through. The process is straightforward and will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law. I will be investing my share of this into any profitable venture over there to ensure that the people benefit directly.

I implore you to keep this matter to yourself, considering the discreet nature of the transaction for total success to be achieved. Further details of the transaction, processes and related documents shall be provided once I hear from you.

Best regards,
Victor Boma

Dear XXX,

I am glad to receive your e-mail concerned the text that was sent to you. I am Victor Boma, the legal assistant to late Engr. Meyer Gwala, from South Africa that died here in London 3 years ago from a heart-attack. I obtained your details from some people finder experts after an exhaustive search for the relatives of the deceased who deposited £3,500,000.00 with a Bank here in London.

I contacted you purely on a personal conviction of trust, to partner with me in receiving the funds. Being his legal assistant, I am in possession of all documents relating to the deposit and his death. I have been advised by the Bank to present his relatives to claim the funds within 30 days or forfeit it permanently in line with the local laws. This money needs to be invested in South Africa in fields that will create jobs and will be beneficial to the locals. It may also be used for live-changing charity works.

By this letter, I seek your consent to present you to the Bank as a close relation of the deceased so that the funds can be paid to you. Upon your receipt of the funds, we will share it equally between us and I will be needing your sincere cooperation. This claim is straightforward and will be carried out under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from breaking any laws. I will invest my share in a profitable venture in your country.

I would ask that you not disclose details of my proposal to any other person for total success to be achieved. More information about the process and documents will be provided to you upon your reply.

Best regards,
Barrister Victor Boma
