I got an email from LG Electronics, Inc. Rep Gerald Fletcher or Susan Wallace saying I have won money. I'm sure it's a scam, right!

I don't believe LG is running any lotteries, nor is any other company. Occasionally a company will run a promotion involving prizes, but they never run lotteries, and they certainly don't do it secretly - what's the benefit of keeping something like that quiet? When they offer prizes, it's hyped to the heavens to try to pull people to their product. There isn't much detail in your posting but it's almost certainly a scam.

Looks like the consensus is that it's a lottery scam.

A good rule of thumb to remember is that if you have not entered a lottery you can not win it.

Although the writer has very good English skills there's enough lad in it to mark it as a scam.
